Multi-Primary Color Displays Promise Wider Gamut by 2026

A new display technology using more than three primary colors is emerging as the next step in color reproduction. Research indicates multi-primary panels can achieve over 90% of the BT.2020 color space, surpassing current OLED and LCD limits. Commercial products are expected to appear in high-end monitors and TVs by 2026.
