Backboard launches model compression, coding studio, and chat app
Backboard released BackboardQuant, compressing models up to 70% with no quality loss and 2.7x faster inference. Its coding studio Backboard Studio scored 79.8% on Terminal-Bench 2.1, beating the same model's own harness. The startup also launched Nash, a chat app with memory that stays on-premises.
