Vodafone buys out Three partner for £4.3B, gains full control

Vodafone has agreed to pay £4.3 billion to acquire the remaining stake in its UK mobile joint venture, Three UK, from CK Hutchison. The deal gives Vodafone full ownership of Britain's largest mobile operator, which has over 10 million customers. The transaction is expected to close in early 2027, pending regulatory approval.
