Signal tests linking Android phones and tablets as secondary devices

Signal's latest beta allows users to add an Android phone or tablet as a secondary device, enabling multi-device use without a primary phone. The feature is currently in testing and aims to improve cross-device messaging. No release date for the stable version has been announced.
