Russia adds $2 compass to drones to counter GPS jamming
Russia is equipping cheap Molniya drones with magnetic compasses to maintain navigation when GPS and GLONASS signals are jammed. The low-tech upgrade costs about $2 per drone. This allows the drones to stay on course even under electronic warfare.
