Pakistan's Mobile Phone Imports Surge 27% to $1.9 Billion in FY26

Pakistan imported $1.889 billion worth of mobile phones in FY2025-26, a 26.55% increase from $1.492 billion the previous year. The rising import bill reflects growing demand for smartphones in the country. Local manufacturing efforts have yet to significantly curb reliance on foreign shipments.
