OpenAI Adds Nubank CEO and BNY Mellon President to Boards

David Vélez, founder of Nubank, and Robin Vince, president of BNY Mellon, have joined the boards of OpenAI's foundation and its public-benefit corporation. The appointments bring financial and governance expertise as OpenAI transitions to a for-profit model. Both new directors will serve on the audit and governance committees.
