NERA: A Digital Encyclopedia for Black Knowledge and Data Sovereignty

NERA is a progressive web app designed as a digital encyclopedia for Black history, science, and culture, addressing a historical data gap. It features a desktop-first interface, an academy for structured learning paths, and unique user identities (.ngv) for digital sovereignty. The project aims to provide a robust infrastructure for Black communities to own their narratives and data in the AI era.
