Meituan Open-Sources 1.6 Trillion Parameter AI Coding Model LongCat-2.0

Meituan released LongCat-2.0, a 1.6-trillion-parameter Mixture-of-Experts agentic coding model, under a permissive MIT license. The model features a 1-million-token context window and uses sparse attention to process complex software engineering tasks autonomously. Indian enterprises can leverage it to accelerate development and reduce costs, leapfrogging traditional bottlenecks.
