Mail Tracker Laravel Package Adds Open and Click Tracking

Mail Tracker hooks into Laravel's outgoing mail to inject tracking pixels and rewrite links for open and click logging. It stores rendered emails in the database and provides an admin interface to view sent emails. The package supports configurable retention periods and custom migrations.
