Liquid computer built from 400 particles, but error rate trails memristors
Physicists created a computer using 400 silica spheres in a liquid, each acting as an oscillator. The system achieved 10x the error rate of memristor-based rivals. The particles, 3μm in radius, are suspended in a water-lutidine mixture at 28°C.
