Researchers at Ledger's Donjon team demonstrated a laser pulse attack that resets Tangem crypto wallet passwords without needing the old one. The attack targets the chip directly and cannot be fixed via software update. Most users are not at immediate risk as the attack requires physical access and precise equipment.
