Imec advances ferroelectric memory, paving way for next-gen RAM and NAND
Imec, a key research partner to Nvidia, ASML, and TSMC, has demonstrated two breakthroughs in ferroelectric memory technology. The advances could enable faster, denser, and more energy-efficient memory to replace current RAM and NAND. Imec's work targets memory that combines the speed of DRAM with the non-volatility of flash storage.
