Hidden 'ip_reminder' Tag Found in Claude Code Logs
A developer discovered that Anthropic's Claude Code injects a non-displayed <ip_reminder> tag into every conversation turn for copyright safety. By grepping session logs, they found 437 raw occurrences in a single session file. The tag appears in system prompts but is not shown to users.
