Google buys entire output of Arkansas solar farm to offset data center emissions
Google signed a deal to purchase 100% of the electricity from a large solar farm in Arkansas. The project, developed by Steel River Energy, will help offset emissions from Google's data centers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
