Fake Bank Apps Give Scammers Full Control of Android Phones in SE Asia
RedHook malware uses fake banking and government apps to steal data and control Android phones. Attacks have been confirmed in Vietnam and Indonesia. The malware can intercept SMS, record audio, and lock devices.
