Android adds local documents backup, SMS backup toggle
Google is rolling out a local Documents backup feature for Android, alongside new controls to disable SMS, MMS, and RCS backup. The update follows a recent policy change and gives users more granular backup options. The features are being introduced gradually to Android devices.
