AMD launches X100 APUs for robots, targeting physical AI with Zen 5 and RDNA 3.5
AMD announced the X100 chip lineup, bringing Strix Halo APUs to robotics and physical AI. The chips combine Zen 5 CPU and RDNA 3.5 GPU cores, designed for 24/7 operation with a 10-year embedded lifecycle. AMD will also offer a Kria System on Module developer platform for robots.
