A solo developer built Tools Guru, a site with 62 browser-based utilities including PDF, image, and AI tools that all run client-side. The AI background remover and image generator execute entirely in the browser using ONNX Runtime and transformers.js. The site works offline as a PWA and never uploads user files to any server.

While the project is impressive for a solo effort, the real test will be whether it can maintain reliability and keep up with feature requests without server-side support.
