Voice assistants should adapt to context, not be always-on

Designers often default to voice everywhere, but intrusive assistants disrupt users comparing specs or in public spaces. Scenaro proposes four context-aware modes: full duplex, discreet (voice in, text out), push-to-talk, and text-to-audio. The approach prioritizes user control, letting the assistant shift modes mid-session based on activity.
