Vercel Workflows Observability adds structured run search

Vercel's Observability now offers structured search for Workflow runs, with filters for workflow, environment, deployment ID, region, or custom attributes. Users can paste a run ID for exact lookup, and the search bar suggests filters and values from project data. Applied filters appear as removable chips, and queries are saved in the URL for sharing and restoration.
