Vercel Private Blob exits beta with OIDC and signed URLs

Vercel Private Blob is now generally available for all plans, enabling secure storage of sensitive files with access controls. The release graduates private stores, signed URLs, and OIDC authentication from beta, allowing short-lived, auto-rotating tokens for serverless functions and CLI. Signed URLs let developers grant temporary, scoped access to objects without exposing credentials.
