Student builds new PDF engine from scratch, launches KeyPDF
A student spent 14 months building a new PDF engine from scratch after finding no web tool could truly edit PDFs. The engine, KeyPDF, supports direct text editing, redaction, annotation, form filling, and page organization. It even runs DOOM, demonstrating its JavaScript capabilities.
