Steam Controller mod uses haptics to auto-dock for charging
A developer created a tool that uses the Steam Controller's haptic motors to automatically align and attach it to its magnetic charger. The program detects when the controller is near the dock and triggers vibrations to guide it into place. This eliminates the need for manual docking, showcasing a clever use of existing hardware features.
