SQLite WAL Checkpoint Starvation Risk from Forgotten Read Transactions

A forgotten read transaction can prevent SQLite WAL checkpoints, causing unbounded WAL growth. In a drill, 10,000 writes commit while a reader holds its transaction, blocking checkpoints until the reader closes. Operators should monitor transaction age and disk budget, not just health checks, to detect starvation.
