py-libp2p Adds Experimental WebRTC Transport in 6,700-Line PR
py-libp2p PR #1309 introduces experimental WebRTC transport support, adding 6,700 lines across 41 files. The implementation includes /webrtc-direct and /webrtc protocols, spec-compliant data-channel framing, and Noise handshake integration. Three bugs were caught by loopback testing before merge.

While this is a significant step for Python in the libp2p ecosystem, the experimental v1 status and lack of browser interop mean it's not yet production-ready for cross-platform use.
