PortZero eliminates port conflicts by using subdomains for local dev
PortZero is a GPLv3 tool that replaces port numbers with subdomains for local development. It monitors processes with a PZ_TUNNEL environment variable, assigns virtual IPs, and forwards traffic to OS-assigned ports. The tool also enables HTTPS on local services and offers cloud tunnels as a paid feature.
