New dataset tracks AI instruction files in code repos

The TomeVault Instruction Corpus measures 229,375 AI instruction files like CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md from code repositories. It includes structural properties such as size, format, and license, but excludes contents and owner names. The dataset is licensed CC BY 4.0 and aims to provide reproducible measurements for researchers.
