MiniStack 1.4.0 lets you run Amazon Bedrock locally with real LLM completions

MiniStack 1.4.0 adds four new services that emulate Amazon Bedrock, plus a proxy to forward prompts to local LLMs like Ollama. Developers can test Bedrock code paths locally without network calls or API costs. The proxy translates Bedrock requests to OpenAI-compatible format and back, enabling real completions from local models.
