MedSpeak adds OCR to decode prescription shorthand from photos

MedSpeak, a tool that translates medical prescription shorthand, now lets users snap a photo instead of typing. The update uses Tesseract.js for in-browser OCR and switches to a JSON API. No images are uploaded to the server.
