LoopBudget brings soft warn / hard stop controls to AI coding agents
LoopBudget launches a tool that adds soft warn and hard stop policies to Cursor and Claude Code sessions. It monitors token spend in real-time and alerts teams before costs spiral. The hard stop currently logs a policy decision rather than force-killing the agent, with a true ceiling planned next.
