Knowledge-and-Memory-Management v0.0.2 Adds Portable Knowledge Collection

The new release introduces a structured knowledge collection module for web, video, and article sources, with plugins for HTML, RSS, YouTube, PDF, EPUB, and Markdown. Memory management now uses vector-based indexing with optional SQLite, PostgreSQL, or Redis backends, and supports deduplication and a forget API. All hardcoded paths have been replaced with the $AGENT_HOME variable for portable deployment.
