Kedge launches globally distributed serverless platform with forkable VM snapshots
Kedge, a new serverless platform, uses forkable VM snapshots and a warm pool tree to create code sandboxes or scale service instances in 3ms. It features a CRDT-based replicated SQLite database for stateful apps, and a demo Hacker News clone was built in 60 lines of Markdown. The platform is currently in preview across 11 regions with no billing yet.
