Heimdall MCP 1.5.0 Adds Resource Locks to Prevent AI Agent Conflicts

Heimdall MCP version 1.5.0 introduces resource locks to prevent concurrent AI agent sessions from overwriting each other's changes. The locks work at both MCP server and host-native tool levels, with configurable time-to-live and conflict handling. This addresses a race condition where two agents writing to the same file can silently lose data.
