Gubernator Adds CoreDNS, Observability Stack, and Network Topology

Gubernator, a container orchestrator bridging Docker Swarm and Nomad, shipped automated DNS resolution via CoreDNS and edge ingress with Caddy this week. It also introduced a one-command observability suite including Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, and Jaeger. Weave Scope integration provides live network topology visualization in the Flutter dashboard.
