GSoC Contributor Expands Neural Network Builder for Scientific Inference

A Google Summer of Code contributor has merged two pull requests into the sbi library, extending the Neural Network Builder API to support Neural Likelihood Estimation. The work involved refactoring the builder to use role-neutral signatures for broader compatibility. The project aims to simplify neural network configuration for simulation-based inference.
