GBase 8a 9.5.3 Adds Event-Based Node Replacement

GBase 8a 9.5.3 introduces eventMode, a new method for replacing failed data nodes that synchronizes change events instead of redistributing all data. The feature, available in build 9.5.3.28.18R1_Patch.8, can reduce recovery time during cluster expansions. However, it may cause performance fluctuations due to a high volume of internal events.
