FreeCAD Now Runs in the Browser via WebAssembly
FreeCAD, the open-source 3D CAD modeler, has been ported to run in web browsers using WebAssembly. This enables users to access the full desktop application without installation, directly from a URL. The project is in early stages but demonstrates significant progress in bringing complex desktop software to the web.
