Correctover published CCS v1.0, the first formal specification for agentic runtime conformance, based on audits of 8,000+ API calls. The standard defines six-dimensional validation covering structure, schema, latency, cost, identity, and integrity. It aims to address silent failures that plague multi-step agent chains, where accuracy drops from 95% to 36% over 20 steps.
