Downbeat lets AI coding sessions talk without clipboard

Downbeat is a local, filesystem-backed message broker for AI coding sessions on the same machine. It allows parallel sessions to send tasks and replies without cloud or network, using JSON files as transport. The tool installs via pipx and includes a CLI, TUI, and agent hooks for human-in-the-loop orchestration.
