Developer ships LLM security kernel after scrapping failed multi-model approach

A developer built BIOMA, a local Rust-based kernel that hardens LLM payloads before they leave the machine, protecting secrets and reducing costs. The project replaced a failed multi-LLM orchestration idea that actually decreased accuracy from 95% to 83% at 4-6x cost. The open-source tool is provider-agnostic and includes telemetry for monitoring.
