Developer disables Vercel cron job to avoid Neon free-tier compute quota

A developer removed a nightly Vercel cron job that triggered a Neon PostgreSQL sync after the free-tier compute quota (1,000,000 ms/day) was exceeded. Attempts to throttle or reschedule the job failed, so the cron was disabled via a one-line edit to vercel.json. The sync now runs manually, avoiding costly errors and deployment failures.
