Developer builds free stateless naming system to replace DNS

A developer created Kinetic, a stateless, zero-fee, peer-to-peer naming system that lets anyone claim a decentralized domain without a bank account or cryptocurrency. It uses Proof of Time via Verifiable Delay Functions and Proof of Burn, requiring only a few seconds of computer time. The open-source project is built with Rust, WebAssembly, and a browser extension.
