Developer Builds 27 Tools and AI-Powered On-Chain Escrow Arbiter
A solo developer launched 27 tools including 16 free ones for OSINT, email security, and forensics. Three live smart-contract demos on Base Sepolia include an AI arbiter that settles escrow disputes on-chain, with nine disputes already processed. The system limits the AI to a fixed set of settlement options and freezes evidence before the model runs, ensuring bounded decision-making.
