Dev builds civic traffic app ChowkChakra on DynamoDB and Vercel

The app uses DynamoDB for high-throughput writes and key-based reads, with 7 tables separating active and historical data. It integrates AI, maps, and live traffic data to close the communication gap between citizens and traffic management.
