DeepOCR turns scanned PDFs searchable offline with one command

DeepOCR is a Rust-based tool that adds a searchable text layer to scanned PDFs without uploading files or installing Python, Tesseract, or Ghostscript. It runs entirely offline, with the OCR model embedded in the binary. The tool supports batch processing, deskew, and auto-rotation, and skips pages that already have text.
