DBSteward Tool Splits AWS RDS Bills by Database Usage
HiFX built DBSteward to allocate shared AWS RDS instance costs per database. It measures CPU, I/O, and storage inside the engine, not from the bill. The tool handles counters and gauges separately and excludes system overhead for fair chargebacks.
