cryoval: Open-source tool validates cryo-EM maps without GPU

cryoval is a CPU-only validator that checks cryo-EM/ET maps for overfitting, particle-picking bias, and noise hallucination. It applies four rules including cross-validation and benchmark correlation, with 31 tests passing and 96% coverage. The tool is AGPL-3.0 licensed and available on GitHub.
