Convert entire image folders to WebP locally with one CLI command

A new open-source CLI tool, @assetopt/cli, lets developers batch-convert JPG and PNG images to WebP format locally with a single command. The tool claims WebP is 25-35% smaller than equivalent JPEGs or PNGs at matched quality. It runs entirely offline, preserving original files and supporting recursive folder processing.
