CLI Coding Agents Get Persistent Memory via Proxy and Cognee
CliMEM is a local proxy that gives CLI coding agents persistent memory by intercepting requests, logging conversations, and extracting facts into a graph+vector engine. It injects relevant context from previous sessions into new prompts without modifying agent instructions. The tool, built at a hackathon, aims to eliminate the need to re-explain project context each session.

Clever hackathon project that addresses a real pain point, but its reliance on heuristic extraction and local setup may limit scalability and adoption beyond tinkerers.
